Designed by the Stirling County architect, A.J. Smith, 1973, the school is an assembly of harled brick units covered with red tiles on monopitch roofs.
In c2019 a new function hall was planned by Dalziel Design and built by Hadden Construction at a cost of £413,000. It stands at the west end of the complex.
