Rossvail School

The building originally opened as Camelon Fever Hospital in 1896.  It was added to over the years and in 1990 became Rossvail School, Adult Training Centre, for Central Regional Council.  For this purpose the main block was attached to the wings by single-storey extensions fronted with gridded and stepped windows under broad pediments.  In 1996 it was used to educate children with special needs.  With the opening of Carrongrange School in Grangemouth in 2017 Rossvail closed.  The building is now used by Camelon Social Work Services.
