1903: Stirlingshire Iron & Stove Co established by Andrew Gracie, William Gracie, Alexander Brown Harley, and William Leslie. The main produce was stoves and ranges.
1911: Became a limited company with a share capital of £11,000 divided into 8,000 ordinary shares and 3,000 preference shares of £1 each. William Gracie, Michael Leslie, John B Leslie, Alex Harley, Andrew Gracie all shareholders. The first directors were Michael Leslie, Alexander Harley, William Gracie, John Brown Leslie, Richard Millen McLetchie (paper merchant, Glasgow), Isaac Low (plumber, Glasgow) and Andrew Buchanan (shipping agent, Glasgow).
1922: Due to its liabilities the company went into voluntary liquidation. See Broomside Foundry.
